ZTE Not livng u to warrenty
Phone owned for less than a year

WARRENTY WILL NOT BE BACKED UP. DO NOT BUYTHEIR PRODUCTS. My phone was never put in or dropped in the water, placed in a humid area, taken out in the rain, or even loaned to someone to make a call. It has not been taken out of my household as am homebound. It has been in a waterproof case with a screen protector since the moment I opened It. ZTE CLAIMED THIS PHONE WAS WATER DAMAGED , WHICH IS A ALL OUT LIE JUST TO GET OUT OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT DURRING THE SUPPOSED 1 YEAR WARRENTY. $200 FOR A PHONE THAT WNT LAST A YEAR AND HAS A WORTHLESS WARRENTY.

THIS DISABLED MILITARY DESERT STORM VET WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THERE ZTE PRODUCTS

SHAME ON THIS ASAIN COMPANY TAKING ADVANTAGED OF AMERICANS, AND AMERICAN VETS

worst phone ever
Phone owned for less than a month

I didn't have the phone long enough to rate some of the features, I sent it to the zte service center and they said that I damaged the mother board It left here in good shape except it would let me call or answer The service center is nothing more than a place to send a phone because you have nothing better to spend your money on and like to have people be rude to you when you can understand them(doesn't anyone have english speaking employee's any more)

Hallelujah, I'm a believer now.
Phone owned for less than a month

I'm glad I didn't believe all the bad press this phone got by the so-called experts. I got this phone for $99.00 plus tax, and this has turned out to be a great buy. I previously had a SS Galaxy Prevail, to this phone is a serious upgrade from that. I am extremely pleased with the Warp Sequent, even shocked by it's performance. It has been tagged as an entry level phone, but I'd say it's more like a upper-mid level phone coming from a Prevail.

This phone is perfect in it's display size and resolution, internal storage and processing power. It's smooth and not buggy, jittery or laggy with apps like my poor Prevail was. It comes loaded nicely from stock, although Boost's bloatware which comes with the boost ID annoys me to the inth degree. However, it performs quickly, smoothly and reliably for me in all aspects. I've added a facial recognition app for added security, which works shockingly well. I have nothing but praise for the Warp Sequent. Now, I don't work for Boost Mobile or ZTE; but I have been satisfied Boost costomer for years; and ZTE hit several home runs with this phone. My advice to anyone reading or watching bad reviews on this device is to ignore what they're saying. I just think that some people are paid to talk down about their competitors. If I were a competitor of Boost or ZTE, I probably would be a little intimidated too. I'm personally very satisfied with both my service and purchase. I only have two complaints about this phone:

1. The battery life is somewhat short under heavy use, i.e. the screen on for a long time. It eats batteries like all smart phones do. I think this would be addressed with buying a battery with a higher capacity than the stock one. I'll be getting one from Amazon...
2. I can't find a reliable method for rooting this phone. I'm on a budget so I can't afford to brick this device. My Prevail had been rooted for years, and it's difficult to have to go back to a stock device.

However, that being said; if you're looking for a good reliable phone at a budget price and good service, this is the phone for you. I would highly recommend it.
