VIEWBOOK 730
Phone owned for less than a month

MY VIEWBOOK 730 is broken... after i RESET ALL THE SETTINGS, IT TURNED OFF, so I turned it back ON but what appears is only the word "VIEWSONIC" and the picture with three birds (the usual start up) AND I GOT AND ALWAYS WILL BE STUCK IN THE START UP... MY VIEWBOOK IS NOW USELESS :( SO SAD HELP ME! HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
