Description

Sony Xperia XZ1 is Sony’s latest attempt at capturing the high-end smartphone market. Its Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and 4 GB of RAM put it square inside flagship territory, while the ability to capture 960 fps video and scan 3D objects with the 19 MP MotionEye camera is designed to appease photography enthusiasts. Its visual design closely follows that of past Sony devices, but refines it with a high-quality aluminum build. It also has the honor of being the first smartphone to ship with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.

This device is also known as Sony G8343, Sony G8341

DO NOT BUY XPERIA
Phone owned for more than a year

I have used this phone for 18 months with no problem. After that some problems started occuring. The phone wouldn't open if tho I haven't switched it off. I was hard resetting my phone once or twice a day. Then this started happening more frequently. And after some time it wouldn't unlock the screen and the hard reset started to not work. So I sent it to the service and they somehow managed to say it's user fault and said the guarantee wouldn't do it. They wanted me to pay a cost that was more than what I bought this phone for.

Good phone
Phone owned for less than a year

I bought xz1 for 250 EUR. Im this price we get really fast device with ip68 and famtastic slow motion 960 FPS. Its still a worth tu purchase in 2019. Photos taken at Day are very nice, but in low light its hard to take a good quality shoot.

XZ1 is the best!
Phone owned for less than 3 months

After updating it after purchase, I couldn't see any bad thing bout this phone. I like the Adaptive Brightness, when it detects and provide necessary backlighting, when it remembers my 'routine', stereo speakers are a blast. Only downside is the torch/flashlight, it's not as bright as my previous Sony phone (XA).

If there are any issues with the phone, then go to their office or customer center ffs.
