works great, many basic ringtones to choose from, has call waiting, caller id, vibration to ring feature, more than one alarm, easy to use, nice color, speakerphone is good too, even features I don't use like voice recognition, gps, camera, internet, texting, I think you will love this phone, 3g yes, adjustable volume, I am incredibly picky, and I am incredibly happy with this phone fyi earphone jack is shared with usb (bummer if you use this), but it is Bluetooth capable--which is great
