The Galaxy Tab Active Pro bears an IP68 ingress rating, meaning its water- and dust-resistant. It's also built to comply with the MIL-STD 810G US military standard, which means it's supposed to be able to survive drops from up to 1.2 m (3.9 ft) meters in height. That's likely possible due to the tablet's unique protective cover. Samsung is keeping quiet on the specs of the Galaxy Tab Active Pro, but previous benchmarks suggest that the tablet will be powered by either a Snapdragon 710 or 712 chipset, have 4GB of RAM, and run Android Pie out of the box.
