Nice Phone

Phone owned for less than a month

Though this phone may not be the S8 or S8+, it still is rocking some pretty neat stuff. The camera's are of acceptable quality, with the main drawback being that the front camera tends to soften images a bit. Call quality is just as you would expect on a mid handset. Though the build is plastic, it still feels nice in the hand, even though it may be a little slippery. I do complement Samsung of their Gorilla Glass on this phone. The display being an TFT 720p display has surprisingly good color reproduction almost living up to an average IPS display. The UI speed is quick and snappy in my experience and have had no problems with lag. One fun fact with an experience in this phone that it got accidentally dropped in water for about 4 seconds, but after we let it dry and sit in rice for 36 hours, it works the same, which is nice to know that you won't be screwed completely and have a chance at the phone working again. One part I really like about the phone is the battery. It lasts a good days usage with moderate to heavy usage, and can last a couple days with light usage in my experience. The speaker seems to play fine too, and though it is in a weird place, it is actually usable, with it almost never being covered up by your hand. Lastly, it should be noted that this phone comes with 16 GB of storage, but you won't be able to use all of it, as the system and the built in apps require some of that. Though for some people, it may not be enough, at least it is better than 4 or 8 GB.
