Grand prime is an OK phone for it's price. It has a decent front and rear camera. It's durable and has good build quality despite that is made out of plastic. The display isn't that sharp and has washed out colours. Display temperature is very good. The battery lasts through a full day with heavier usage and a low brightnes set. It gets sometimes unresponsive but it gets through most of the tasks very fast.

The Galaxy Grand Prime is modeled as a low end phone with decent specs. However, the LCD display quality could be improved. I could only get 420P in YouTube and other applications. This phone handles basic applications and daily usage with ease and is great for people who just browse and watch videos on their phones (Not for hardcore gamers). Where this phone shines is in its cost and LCD Size (5'). I got the phone for around C$215 Unlocked and it was definitely worth it for that price.

The phone is alright. But it lacks a good camera or battery nut the reception and text input are perfect. The build quality is alright with a mostly plastic build. It feels pretty cheap, so a case is needed, in my opinion. Gaming is ok. I ran light emulation using a MOGA controller and it worked perfectly. But games like Asphalt might not work as well with dropping frame rates. The call quality is decent at best. The back facing speaker is a little frustrating at times but the phone works well with earbuds or headphones in. Overall the Droid Turbo 2 or its predecessor are much better choices on a budget.

Good for his price, nice build, design, CPU, camera and display, just miss some UI and physical resources.

Really good for everyday usage and 3D games, but not that good for 3D heavy games. 3D gaming should be avoid.

Galaxy grand prime. Grand prime is a good device. For its price, you will get a quadcore running android kitkat 4.4.4 and now Lollipop but no gorilla glass :(

My old Apple Iphone 4 is much, much, much, much better! I never had so much issue in hanging than this Galaxy Grand HANG! Biggest mistake I ever done in buying phone. Camera for selfie is good though. Now there's no turning back. I have to keep it until the contract is done. I hope Samsung should address all these complaint and act immediately!

Such a badass great mobile! :D amazing mobile for daily usage, fast UI, GREAT android 4.4.4 and wonderful battery ,, display is 540p but still so great! Good browsing in default browsing app but not so much in Google Chrome.

I've had this phone for about two weeks now and it's lagged from day one and I'm not being picky, I mean this phone gets completely stuck and if you want to browse the web using any browser, you better have lots of time to wait for it to load. Honestly, this phone isn't worth it. I know it's not a high end device, but even my best friend's galaxy fame runs faster than this thing. This has been by far the worst mistake in my phone buying life...

Awful! pathetic! this phone works good for a week only and then makes you realize that youve made the biggest mistake of your life! Its camera is a mess, didnt work after 3 months and to fix it i had to rest this device. i regret buying this phone for PKR 21,500. Samsung has really disappointed me with its new products such as this. my advice to anyone wanting to buy a phone would be a second hand apple iphone because Apple is the BEST!

I'd not recommend you to buy this. It became really slow, its speaker is awful when playing loud music, its internal memory has less than 5GB available, when listening to music and taking a picture, the music app closes...

lagging lagging lagging like hell . don't you buy it . It's cheap and yet doesn't worth it . don't bother looking for a custom ROM you wouldn't find any . If you wanna buy it it's ok but don't use it as a smart phone because it won't be reliable when you really need it .

the grand prime mostly lag and hanging issues.there is no gorilla glass for protection and no notification and no light sensor.I'm so disappointed the overall oerformance of the phone. Major problem is hanging and freezing

Galaxy grand prime. Grand prime is a good device. For its price, you will get a quadcore snapdragon, 8mp with flashand the main attraction here is the 5mp "selfie" camera. Also, this device runs with a 64-bit CPU, so there's a chance to recieve theblollipop update. Anyway, it's a good phone for its class.

it lag alot of sensor that some mid range phones have, more over the display of the phone is not good just 220ppi for 5 inch screen. no gorilla class protection. Thats why its price is low, however the quad core processor is and front 5 mp camera are the main features on this phone. however the GPU is 306 that cant play high end games however the same sony xperia sp mid range phone has 320 adreno that play high end games. More over xperia SP has 320ppi 720p display gorrila class protection.

Best device to buy at lower price tag of $230.Mind blowing handset with very great features of expensive phone.nice work by samsung.It is running android kitkat 4.4.4.good browsing experience at low cost.all my social apps are working absolutely fine.according to me this device should be sold at price of $400-$450
