Extremely un-user friendly. Things continually pop up without me clicking on them. Extremely difficult if not impossible to have two apps running at the same time. I am constantly hitting the wrong button on this phone. I am counting down the days until I can get a new phone.
Pretty darn reliable. I hardly have any problems with this phone. I think I only paid like $80 for it at the time I was due for an upgrade and I've had it for over two years and it's still working like a charm.
Has a major flaw, some of the calls I make, the person cannot hear me. Cricket keeps sending new ones (I'm on the third phone) and it just started malfunctioning in the same way. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!
I replaced my old LG Optimus G Pro with this phone, the old LG was a trooper and served me well (I got $50 for trade in !) I have been looking for a new phone, we are buying a car that has the new Android Auto, and the phone has to be running at least Android 5.0, the ol' LG was 4.4. Cricket had just put this on sale for half price, which was great timing. It's a little smaller than my old phone, and that is not a bad thing, it's running 6.0, which is a major plus. Moving all of my data was easy as could be. Since I've had the phone I've had zero issues, it easily handles all the apps I have on it, the GPS works well, and so far the battery life is outstanding, better than 3 days, I am not one who uses my phone constantly.....it's a phone. But I do use it for music, camera and web searches.....all things considered I am very happy. The ONLY negative I have found is that the camera is not as good as my last phones ...not a deal breaker for me.
