Phone owned for less than 3 months

1. All apps, especially almost all system default apps cannot be transferred from internal memory to SD card.
2. To transfer an App, go to Settings, then Apps, then choose an App, then press Storage. There should be a button named Change (if the app is allowed to be transferred to SD card), press it.
