Phone randomly dials people in the middle of the night - it can't be updated without shutting down and not rebooting. The list is endless. THE ONLY thing that worked was the camera - I can buy a GREAT Nikon for less than sending the phone back to Verizon. I spent at least 3 x a week at the store and they took FIVE phones back sending me new ones (that did the same thing). You would *think* ONE of them would work correctly. *None* were "refurbished' - all were new !

Great phone overall but missing some little features. The UI is snappy and intuitive, pictures are decent but not amazing. Calls are very clear. Little things are missing such as being able to use your own ringtones for SMSs or assign an SMS ringtone to a contact. Also there's no way to see the battery charge left at the top of the phone until it shows up at 50% or less. Lastly you have to continue hitting the back button to close apps instead of being able to close an app from inside that app or from a task manager. Overall I enjoy this phone more than my previous Android and I look forward to some of the issues with it being resolved with Windows Phone 8.1.
