I love the features too ... the sound is horrible. I miss calls because no matter how high I have the phone , it's too low to hear. Also , you're correct, it's muffled. I'm disappointed .
i won this phone, out of a drawing from the manufacturer, i never had a smartphone before, i find some of the setting up process a little difficult, but i'll learn as i go i guess, i love the organization, enternet explorer, and music player features. i acturally work for at&t wireless, have been for 5 years, the functions, and style of this are very similer, to the at&t 8525, palm treo devices, and blackberry, and is very stylish and sleek.
I agree with everyone about the sound. More then half the time I can't make out what the other person is saying. Adjusting the volume does not help at all. It makes it worse. My friends, family, and espically my gf get upset because I say "huh?!, what?!, what did you say?!, all the time. As far as features go, everything else is great. Love the dule slider and the keyboard. I really don't llike that it is very slow to turn on. You have to wait like a miin. for it to completly turn on. Not to mention the battery life is the wost. I have to charge the damn thing every night. Again, the features on this phone is the only thing they got going for this phone. Everything else, sucks.
i've had this phone for a about 2 weeks and it works prety well as far as email n textin goes. the internet is speed racer on 3g. the voice quality in call inst the best, quite muffled. but i dont talk very much on the phone so it doesnt bother me very much. the dual slide is a great feature as well
I got this phone for Christmas. I was so psyched to have it, but now it just sucks. I hate this stupid thing. It's cheap, and the top part is all loose and ready to fall off. I've never even dropped it. It's just retarded. The service is horrible. Camera sucks, it's hard to hear what people say, you can't really use MP3 ring tones. I'm just ready to get rid of this stupid thing. As soon as I do, I'm going to drop it into the blender.
This phone has awesome features. I love smartphones. Its so compact. I love how you can text with both keypads. The sound quality is not that good. It is very hard to hear on the phone. The signal strength is awesome everywhere I go.
This phone is a joke. No signal half the time, more often than not text messages to get sent until the 4th or 5th try, confusing interface, feels cheap. Its not a good phone.
I have had major problems syncing this phone. My computer gets frozen up and I have not been able to find any support on this issue. The phone freezes up as well and I have to remove the battery and restart. It's slow and the screen gets hung up when changing directions with the slider.
Great phone design BUT very poor sounds quality. The calls are very muffled!! Even with adjusting the volume it is still very bad.
Very cheap in price. For a smartphone with a QWERTY Keyboard. At at&t its $250 with a two year contract. Or more if you want all the extras like tv and more.
Best phone ever. QWERTY Keyboard which is great. My problem only one screen. the voyager has two. Other than that its great. It has a good web browser. It is a little thick. Its very sexy. It also has a great tv image. It slides both ways horizontal and vertical. Its like having two phones in one great package. Have no doubts if your researching phones to purchase.
Any questions or conserns about this phone? Overall, it's a dual slider like the helio ocean. it is not like the samsung sch-u740 from verizon, if you thought it was, because the schu740 flips two different ways. it is not a slider, and there is no screen rotation. there is a number pad for flipping foward, but a small qwerty keyboard. Back to the pantech duo, it flips foward, and then you can flip sideways, so that you get a qwerty and lare keypad, with a widescreen.

I've had this phone for over a month now (got a great deal from AT&T) and I absolutely love it. What I like most is the look, very sleek, sophisticated and just the right size. I admit, the calls sound muffled and you cannot personalize the text alerts but all in all, highly recommended based on the performance and features this bad boy has.
for the money i paid for this phone...i love it. gets great signal, and battery life is exceptional for a smart phone. the only thing i wish is that the navigator button was a swivle type like an I-Pod, i hate going through contacts and such having to press down
other than that, great phone, good looking, and excellent design!
i have this phone. its good with the signal. but the keyboard is dead feeling, it has bunched up keys, and the sound quality SUCKS!!!! everyone sound muffled
i think this phone is great.... the keypad and keyboard work well i would recommend it the internet is fast on the 3g network
The reception with this thing is pretty damn good. I was surprised at where I was getting coverage. The design is nice, but calls are not always clear to me. Most times they are acceptable. Its pretty good, and the dual keyboard is nice. Imagine having a smart phone that does not draw so much attention to itself. I love it. I would defiantly recommend this to any and everyone.
I AM ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PHONEEEEEEEE!!!! It is the best phone i could ask for. it has service where ever i go.
it is soo easy to text on. i love it. i would die without this phone. it is my one and only love. i own 8 cats and they love it too. i would get one for each of them if they could talk and text like their mommy. soo go out and BUY it:]
best phone i have ever had!!!!!! it works like no other phone u would be amazed. you have to get it........... its sooo pretty. GETS GREAT SERVICE WHERE EVER I GO. i give it kisses everyday. i think we all need pantech duos
peace ma
Overall pretty cool phone. I think that there is a design flaw. The sliding mechanism is plastic and feels cheap. Overall good. Sexy sleek phone. I would prefer it
