It was ok for the time when it released

Phone owned for more than a year

the phone was awesome for the first couple of months then, it started to slow down and bug down on me. this was really frustrating but i guess that what i get with a dual core processor. i loved to amount of personalization on the device tho this was a big plus for me coz at the time nothing was lookin quite like my phone. it was my first time on a Windows os and it was an awesome experience with the exception of it being to slow for my pace. even before the problems started , it never seemed to be as snappy as my friends Andriod phones. and the store is so limited it actually made me wish i stuck with andriod and i think that in it self is the biggest down point for this phone, tho Cortana made it fun again for a while.

Good Phone for Price, Upgraded to DENIM. Everything Fine, But Screen resolution is very low.Perhaps the front camera is a bit poor.Overall a good phone and might be the best phone in its range with Exellent Battery. Great value for money.

Nokia Lumia 625

Phone owned for less than a month

The Lumia 625 is a beautiful phone, it feels and looks like a quality device and not like a toy. It is quite snappy and fast. Internet browsing is smooth.
The keyboard is comfortable to use, I like texting and writing on it.

The rear camera is decent, but the front facing camera has a very low resolution.

I love the size of the screen but the low resolution and pixel density kind of bothers me. Pictures often appear pixelated and colors washed out. If only they had made it with a higher resolution, this would be an amazing phone. Adjusting the phone brightness does help with this, but it does drain the battery.

Something I don't like either is that the menu keys don't light up.

The phone also gets warm and I'm not getting the battery life I expected.

Call quality is okay, I can hear people well, and people can hear me well too.

The speakers are not as loud as I expected.
Overall, it's a nice phone, if you get over the resolution issue!

what I've been looking for

Phone owned for less than a month

its nice large screen with the WOW factor -the very moment you set your eyes on it . its comes with a great screen and unarguably great price plus a snappy processor something you do not find on mid-range android smartphones

A very decent budget 4G phone

Phone owned for less than a month

This phone make me think that making a budget phone doesn't necessarily mean degrading a lot of factors on a phone. Sounds like the Moto G's tagline, right?

But I think Nokia's been thinking about that line when they produced low-end phones like the Nokia Lumia 520 and 625. And the latter really impressed me and further confirmed my thoughts on buying a flagship phone from the Lumia series.

For a price below $200, you get a phone which is excellent in performing basic phone functions, a very reliable battery, 4G connection, a somehow decent 5 MP camera, a smooth UI and efficient offline navigation provided by Nokia's HERE apps.

Excellent mid-range phone

Phone owned for less than a month

This phone is definitely more than a Mid-range WP phone if camera was well made this phone could be among High-end ones, although screen res. is not that super but u wont feel the difference when using the phone its colorful and super sensitive really great one, so if u don't use the cam that much this absolutely will be great choice

A fine phone

Phone owned for less than a month

Great phone for the price. Windows Phone 8's interface is simply marvelous on its large screen. Performance is satisfactory. Perhaps the front camera is a bit poor, but besides that the phone is a standout.
