I bought this after my Palm Tro 650 in 2011. Used it almost 2 years. Functional phone like Palm. Robust metal body. Good battery. OS was also good. Keyboard was ok but not good as Blackberry. Call reception was not very good. Overall good business phone

This was my first proper smart phone. I liked the full keyboard on it a lot as I use my phones for email a lot. I was disappointed though when I started to notice some shortcomings. Firstly I felt that as Nokia progressed the more they cluttered the UI and it became less user friendly. Also disappointed by the capabilities of Symbian and the lack of both manufacturer and 3rd party apps essential in a smartphone. All in all the phone does work, but just has some irritating quirks and is lacking something to make it special.

After moving from E71 this feels like step backward. The build quality is worst than the E71. The back panel feels like it is made out tin foil. It has only 40MB of free memory after boot. Totally not suitable for serious multitasking.

The only advantage over E71 is the faster processor which you can feel in the application start up time. The other good thing is the ability to organize WiFi and 3g connections in one logical connection.

for the business part that is was basically made for it offers excellent options with everything & feature a business user requires from messaging, emails. documents viewing & editing. to web browsing & connectivity & to top it off with excellent connectivity & call quality it brilliant
on the multimedia side the set isn't far from the brilliant nokia n95 either delivering superb music quality with clear sound which a also quite loud
as for the camera which had traditionally been a weak spot of nokia e series sets except for e90 this set is awesome with superb still pictures at par with n95 though video recording is not upto the mark but quite acceptable for a business set

in short to call e72 as a business set does not do justice to it's capabilities as a multimedia capabilities which are just as good
this is the perfect professional allrounder set of it's time & I can say it's better than even the n95s

I'm very disappointed with Nokia because this could've been a perfect phone. The best QWERTY keyboard yet, great camera, solid build, very good battery life, and naturally push email. Yet on the other hand, Symbian is a nightmare because of so little support and the nightmare of signing certificates, the 128 RAM is just terrible and to top it off the executable memory left after startup is only around a maximum of 40 MB, half-decent screen, and the internet browser is mediocre at best.

Had this phone for a few month. The camera is very nice. On the other hand day to day use is very frustrating. Not as intuitive as touch screen phones. Seems to drop and miss calls. (tried it with multiple carriers). A frustrating feature is that when you have a few applications open (calendar, contacts etc..) and you try to call or do something the phone doesn't complete the task because it runs out of memory. The build quality is OK but nothing spectacular.

My requirements were that a phone have a good camera ,user friendly, future ready,look like a quality phone,mostly a Nokia & not a touch screen.I have the white edition & it gets looks.The white slide-in cover does catch the colour of my jeans wen its in my pocket but i really love the cam & battery life,its ram & processor r way ahead of the other phones for its price,ter is no phone from Nokia offering a good cam without a touch screen,if your a clumsy person then this phone is not for you cos it cannot take a beating especially the screen will crack or the cam will falter.I did lot of comparisons before picking it up.Its a great phone.

E72 is one of the best phone for daily business and personal use. I am using this phone for last 6 months and I am very much happy with the performance of the phone.Features and the efficiency of the Phone is really very good.I think Nokia is going to launch some new E-Series handsets with big screen displays or side sliding keyboards with good metal finish than any available mobile in its category.

N72 is one of the best phone for daily business and personal use. I am very fascinated by the features and the efficiency of the Phone. Hope Nokia keeps on giving us such wonderful devices.

I would request Nokia to show-up with new E-Series handsets with Full more than 3" touch screen displays and side sliding keyboards with good metal finish than any available mobile in its category.

i used E72 from 2 month .... its good mobile fast & very good response & good camera and very god battery >> I like its ..evwry thing is good .... but one weak point : speaker not high (low sound) ......and when i browsing my email its was very good ......E72 Irecomended its.
