Maybe this phone was nice in it's debut, but trying to keep up with newer phones with the i860 is rather hard. I've had this phone for a while. Very true, it has it's good points, but it's still weighted down with it's lack of features. One of the biggest things that stands out is it's in Nextel-inherited lack of speaker quality. When you get a call, it's almost like a block of snowy white noise that resembles your ringtone. If you are buying a phone, don't buy this one. Go for the i880. I've seen the i860 on nextel's website. It's several hundred dollars. It's way too expensive for it's quality

this phone is a great phone its design is outstanding. If you what a stylish phone this phone is for you. The ringtones are great. Only bad thing is the battery.

I got mines a for a month now and i think its the best phone out the ringtones are nice if they are voice ringers and the picture and video quality is more then u can ask for.. Being my first nextel phone i think i wont leave nextel all because of this phone if u need a new phone the i860 is what you need to get

itis a decent phone i like it a lot bigscreenniceringers voice ringers games it is a cold phone get one so you can see your self take iiiiiin picture of people is a flash.

The Bluetooth & Infrared facility are not available. Further this phone cannot be used as a Global roaming phone.
This phone consumes lots of Battery power. Hence have your charger in hand, else you will get struckup.

Its camera and video recording's great.
Overall the phone is OK.

First time user of the i860 or any decent NXTL. I like the features but would want the service to enable sending MMS to other carriers. But mine phone and unlimited usage is free so I ain't complaining too much.

those guys are stupid saying the phone has no alarm. they need to read the manual on how to set up a reminder if u have to wake up early for work for example.the phone has so many features that u have to read the manual to know how to use the phone.the phone does not say alarm clock on it because u have to type in your even and what time and then if u want a reminder before the even happans u can choose 5 min before or hours before. which is basicaly an alarm. those are stupid and dumb. they dont deserve a Nextel. they better switch to Altell or Verison.

The new i860 is the phone. THis phone is hella sick. It can zoom in on people to take high quality pictures and it pictures come up when others call instead of names. So if anybody gotta argu about this phone talk to me email me at jaggathiara@yahoo.com

i think that nextel is the best ever i have one and it rocks everyone should have the i860

I have only been a nextel customer for only 2 month and i have the i860 and this phone truely suck. The phone has poor quailty, no alarm, and poor signal. However, this is my second model. The first model that I had also gave lots of problem. It has lots of drop call, plus all my bar will be up and i will still break-up or call will drop. In addition to all that i am unable to monitor the duration of my call. The picture quailty suck. The sound on the speaker phone suck and the voice recorder suck. MOST OF ALL, THE ONLY REVIEW THAT SUPPORT THIS PHONE ARE PREVIOUS NEXTEL CUSTOMER. I guess that why i am DISAPPOINTED with this phone. I don't recommend other wireless customer to switch to nextel for this phone or for wireless service; because you will end up disappointed. It is only good for the radio. VERY BAD PHONE.

It is a great phone but it does not have any kind alarm that comes with it. Any other phones have alarm clock execpt for nextel phones. I reeally likes this phones especial it comes with camera.

they finally got one right, with all those phones with little to no features, and a text messaging that goes back to prehistoric cell phones Nextel finally did it! the phone is completely different, the camera is exellent (if your not so concerned with resolution) and the desing lets me wanting more!. hopefully they can come out with a theme editor so users can customize it even more! can anyone say.... NEXTEL RULES?

It is well worth the money! Takes very good pic for a phone! and a lot of features for ur money! very light, small! very stylish!
