Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015) Specs

Description

The Motorola Moto X Pure Edition comes with a 5.7-inch LCD display, protected by Gorilla Glass 3. A resolution of 1440 x 2560 gives the screen a pixel density of 520ppi. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 808 SoC, which includes a hexa-core 1.8 GHz CPU and the Adreno 418 GPU. 3GB of RAM is inside with 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage. Those requiring additional memory can use the 128GB capacity microSD slot on board. Motorola says that the 21MP rear-facing camera on the Moto X Pure Edition is the best camera that it has ever produced. Both the back and front-facing shooters feature an aperture of f/2.0, and the camera on front is equipped with a wide angle lens. The phone supports 4G LTE (Cat.6, 300Mbps) connectivity, and is covered with a nanocoating that protects the phone from accidental spills and light rain.

Close to tears
Phone owned for more than a year

I absolutely love this phone. I purchased this phone a few months after it came out, as flagship phone I believe. Not once have I ever had a problem... until now. A few months ago I started having problems with the charging port on this phone and it has gotten to the point where I have to purchase I new one (there's no place to fix it where I live). I do not want to give up my phone, I am on the verge of tears on this one. Usually I am so excited to have and try something new, but in this case, I just want my phone to work forever. I am afraid to purchase a new one of these because I am afraid to have the same issue.. I wish they would come out with a newer version of the moto x pure, but it doesn't look like that will be happening. So, sadly, I say goodbye.

Great Device!
Phone owned for more than a year

No bloatware, camera very good. Switched from Samsung, never going back. But what a strong device. It runs smoothly, a benefit of stock Android that you don't see in devices with UI on top of it. Unlocked, all that carrier bloatware is a thing of the past with just the usual Google apps and some Motorola options. It's audio is fantastic.
