The processor, graphics and memory are actually good for a budget phone. It represented a good upgrade from prior phones. I feel like I got cheated out of half an inch of screen. It has been so long since I had a phone where the front facing camera was in the actual screen. I wanted nothing smaller than my prior phone, the specs on this are the same, but you lose part of the screen.
I had to disable most of the "moto actions" especially the swipe left for "back", this ends up causing problems in lots of apps.
The moto turbo charging is good, if you have a good plug and cord, it's pretty fast.
Even though the specs are good, there has been a performance drop off that has been more noticeable over the past few months.
It's metro so it's hard to say if reception, connectivity and speed are the fault of the phone or the network.
The sound is actually quite good, the speakers can be louder than you think.
Out of all the phones I purchased the Moto g stylus is the best phone I ever bought for less than $300. It has great performance, great features, excellent battery life, great camera and a magnificent amount of internal storage. I give this phone two thumbs up and it's totally worth buying.
