Mixed feelings about this one
Phone owned for

I am on my 2nd moto edge (2022) XT2205-3. The first one had a defect, horrible service all the time, SIM card began to not be recognized at random about a month or so after buying and got worse fairly quickly, with time between events getting smaller until I was carrying around a phone only useable on wifi, I ended up crushing it into oblivion by slamming an older(heavier) truck hood down on it. My boss got me the exact same one.

However, this one works great, no issues so far, accuracy for GPS always needs recalibrating often, is low, does not follow exact route. Does not recognize stops even if I stay somewhere for 15+ mins. (Google issue or Motorola issue? Idk)

Camera is PHENOMENAL for the price. Photos in low light or at night are quite amazing. And actually in most low light conditions you can use the camera to see better than naked eye. Done this in the woods at night to see without a flashlight. MOST UNDERRATED SLOW MOTION, options for shooting 120 fps, 240 fps, and 960fps.

Moto Edge (2022) FAST.......VERY FAST!!!
Phone owned for less than 3 months

After becoming a loyal Moto owner 6+ yrs ago, I finally decided to plunge into the upper echelon of what Motorola had to offer, and man, was I pleasantly surprised! Prior to purchasing my Edge (2022) through T-Mobile, I had owned the very first Moto G Stylus that was released in 2020. That phone piqued my interest just enough to make me realize Moto can compete with the big boys like Samsung and Apple. My experience at T-Mobile was great as always and they showed me around the Edge 2022 so I could hit the ground running. I had researched a few other Moto handsets before ultimately deciding on the Edge 2022, because the other, more high-end Edge devices didn't seem to offer that much more in relation to the higher price. The one thing that Motorola has lacked in the past is their commitment to updates both of the OS and regular security patches, so you can imagine my surprise and happiness to find out that Motorola had committed to 3 rounds of OS updates and 3 years of security updates for the Edge 2022. This would take the device all the way through Android 15....Wow!!! The phones display is top notch with 144Hz refresh rate and high quality brightness. The 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage are more than enough for me, but I was surprised that the device had no SD slot for expanding memory, but oh well, the phone comes with an awesome offer for 100GB of storage through Google 1 which I promptly took them up on. The battery life on this device is quite sufficient considering the hardware and display specs, and I typically get a day and a half with moderate use. Now, the most surprising and downright fun part of this phone is the Ready For app which allows you to cast your phones display to either a PC or TV with great functionality. Games, Video chats and viewing your phones files are a breeze with Ready For. Also it lets you use the phone as a remote or mouse track pad for moving your cursor around the PC or TV your casting to. All in all this phone ranks as one of the best I've ever used br none. Go get yours today, you won't be disappointed!
