Lenovo IdeaTab A2109
Phone owned for less than a month

We bought this on a Consumer Reports recommendation. The first one was defective and the one we got as a replacement had the same defects. It would not download any apps from the Google Play Store. Also, it could not be updated. We were able to download from Amazon.com and thought we might keep it but the fact that it could not be updated was the deal breaker. We spent a ton of time on the phone with Lenovo support and they had no workable solutions. Beyond that, the Lenovo App store is no longer in business (so why do they provide the unit with that app loaded?). Moreover, there was no user guide provided with the unit and apparrently none are availble on the web. Even Lenovo support was unable to help us find one. This was our first tablet go-around and it was a time wasting goat roping.
