Time for an upgrade
Phone owned for more than a year

I've been through a lot with this phone, from the random freezing,, app problems bad reception, restarts, and most recently, battery issues. So rather than spend my money on a replacement battery, I'm just going to get a new phone. It has served me well though.

Meh....
Phone owned for less than 3 months

The phone could have been way better. I used it everyday, but it did freeze a lot, calls were muffled, heated up really fast. For the price I got it at it was a deal. Though, not a great phone. Really frustrating.....really, really frustrating.
