Not a bad phone... but dated

Phone owned for less than 3 months

Had this phone for three months but it was just too slow and the apps were glitchy. Could be the old programs... but I was just tired of waiting around for it to catch up. Web browsing was abysmally slow. The screen was AWESOME at 289 ppi, but it was small an didn't make up for the app problem. The Calendar was okay. The camera was slow and useless, as was the video. I LOVE Windows professional layouts and organization, but my e-mail wouldn't sync up properly. This phone also felt blocky and large. I have a MIcrosoft KIN TWOm now that is bigger but feels smaller and better built

decent phone

Phone owned for

when i was in the market to buy a new phone i almost went with the previous version of the touch diamond, but decided to wait for the new one to come out. i had anticipated this phone for quite some time and when i finally was able to purchase it i was a little disappointed. it can be slow at times, the battery life is terrible, and without configuring the settings the buttons can be easily pressed with the slightest touch of your cheek. and if you plan on using this phone with your fingers you might want to think again because majority of the buttons are very hard to use without the stylus, and i have tiny fingers. overall i was somewhat pleased with the overall capabilities of the phone and the features. the resolution is great and the internet is by far one of the best i've seen on a mobile device.
