Description

The Google Pixel 2 follows the model set by last year's first-gen Pixel, combining top-notch specs with Google's software expertise. Powered by the latest Android 8.0 Oreo (with no bloat whatsoever), the phone offers a set of promising stereo speakers, a 5-inch OLED screen, water resistance and a rear-positioned fingerprint scanner. Its highlight, however, is the 12MP camera. While it is no slower than any other high-end camera, this shooter uses multiple frame processing to create photos with better dynamics range. Portrait mode is also on board. One thing that is missing, however, is a 3.5mm audio jack.

My favorite phone I've owned
Phone owned for more than a year

This is my favorite phone i've owned.
Aside from having no aux port, no sd card support, and the battery life I've had no issues with this phone.
I also own a galaxy s21 ultra and by far I prefer the pixel 2 over it, if only it had a modern snapdragon and more ram.

Cool Pixel Phone
Phone owned for more than a year

When I looked for a new phone for my birthday in 2018, I wanted a flagship phone and at the time didn't really care about the camera, but when the Google Pixel 2 was announced with the best camera at the time (and still competes today) I jumped at the chance and immediately started taking photos, they were excellent and my love for photography grew and since preordered and upgraded to a Google Pixel 5.

A better alternative
Phone owned for less than 3 months

Nice phone but it needs improvement on the battery.. I have used it about for a month and its blazing fast and almost no lags to the user experience. My only concern is that of its battery life where I can barely make it through the day of minimal usage
