Very good signal quality, but I must echo what others have said. It lacks voice activation. Impossible to make calls when driving, which I do alot of.

An FYI. The internet Browser has limited encryption capabilites. Some https Secure sites will not work.
Everything else is great. I tested all the supported formats and they worked. Contrary to what you may read on other sites and Verizon's web page. I was able to download email attachments and view them all. GIFs, JPGs, and BMPs. I was also able to use these pictures for background and screensavers. No Special email software is requiered. It's just a scam to get you to buy unneeded software.
