This is a great phone a little sluggish at time but not to sluggish like other buget phones and it has a headphone jack, despite not having water protection it's better than Motorola's flagship phone from 2018 Moto z2 force great price for alot stuff put into this phone
I am and always have been a fan of BLU. The fact that I can get a decent phone for under $300 these days is wonderful. I cannot justify spending close to a grand that I carry with me all the time. I had another BLU phone that only had 8GB of storage. This was clearly not enough for me. I was placed in a position where I had to upgrade for business reasons. So far I really like the VIVO X!. I have read other reviews that dislike the camera but I would have to disagree. It does very well right out of the box. I don’t know what others are expecting from a cell phone camera.
The Vivo XI is snappy and quick in response. I love that fact that BLU is also allowing the phone to upgrade to Android Pie when it comes out. That is one thing I never understood about Android devices in the past.
The only thing that really seems to bug me as a negative for this phone is that it is not a true dual SIM phone. It is known as a hybrid. There are 2 slots, but slot 2 is used for either a SIM or SD. You cannot have both at the same time on this unit. However, with 32GB of storage this is far more than I have ever had in the past. I seem to do well with up to 16 GB of storage.
I used this phone for about a week, and had to take it back to the store. I liked most things about the phone. Build quality was really nice for this price point, the processor was fast enough, the screen is good enough, the UI is decent.... but then came the camera.
I've worked in the phone indurtry for many years, and I haven't seen a camera this bad since around 2010. Forget about any indoor shots, or trying to capture anything moving faster than a snail. Photos came out blurry, no matter how hard I tried (and I'm good about milking good shots out of subpar cameras).
Blu has a really good start here, and if they could rectify the camera issues, this would be a champ.
