I bought this phone less than a month ago and it was great (great size so you can easily see, lots of features, 2 sim card slots, good graphics) it seemed great until it suddenly the phone went black and I couldn't get back the active screen. I tried pressing the on/off button to no avail. Finally, the battery died (after about 3 - 4 days) and when I powered it back up again I could turn it on. This has happened twice so which has meant I have had to revert to my old phone to get calls and messages.

I have emailed customer service who have asked me more questions about the model (which I have provided) and yet still gained no response as to how to proceed regarding this issue. After a week the least they could do is send an acknowledgement stating how long it takes to resolve an issue or offer a solution.

I'd love to give it a lower score but it is quite a good phone.. when it's working.
