Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) Specs

9.0

Description

Asus ZenFone 5 is powered by Snapdragon 636, and two different tiers — 64 GB of storage + 4 GB of RAM or 64 GB of storage + 6 GB of RAM. At the front ZenFone 5 sports a 6.2-inch IPS screen with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The resolution we get is FHD+ (1080 x 2280) to make for some crisp imagery. In the camera department we have a dual setup on the back — a main 12 MP sensor with huge 1.4 μm pixels and a rather large lens aperture of F1.8 takes care for most scenarios. Then, there's the secondary snapper with an 8 MP sensor and a 120-degree wide-angle lens for those larger-than-life shots. On the front, we've got an 8 MP selfie camera.

This device is also known as Asus ZE620KL, Asus ZenFone 5 (2018)

Asus Zenfone 5, The intelligent phone
Phone owned for less than a month

Asus has launched a brand new phone to the Asus mid-range lineup. The Asus Zenfone 5. And they are touting it to be an intelligent phone.
The first thing that you'll notice if you turn on the display is the notch. The notch for me is not that annoying and atleast there is now an option to hide it if you are not a fan of it. In performance, the phone is amazing me in every app I throw at it, it could play PUBG and Asphalt 8 with very very minimal frame drops. If you are fond of taking photos it might be one of the best photo taker* smartphone. It has dual cameras one regular 12 MP and an 8MP wide angle lens. In bright environments it could take good to great photos, but once you move to lowlight it sometimes tend to overexpose the photo but it is could be fixed by a software update. In video recording, it could take up to 4k with OIS a d EIS. But sometimes the video is a little shaky but software updates could fix these along the line. Battery... Ok... So it has a 3300mAh battery that could last up to a day or a day and a half of use, good thing it support quick charge and could charge the phone from 0-100 in just 90 minutes. Lastly AI, it is noticable in it's cameras and the UI.
