Description

The Alcatel OneTouch EVO 7 HD is another affordable 7-inch tablet and we’d apparently get flooded with those cute devices this year. The EVO 7 HD comes with a Nexus 7-like resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, it is powered by a dual-core 1.6GHz processor and 1GB RAM, and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Moreover, it’s even cheaper than the Nexus 7. How did Alcatel manage to arrive at that price? It took one shortcut with less memory. The EVO 7 HD only has 4GB of internal storage space but that is expandable via microSD cards. On the back there is a three-megapixel camera and up front another, VGA front shooter.
