T-Mobile is launching the OnePlus 8T+ 5G this week, sweet deal included
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
T-Mobile just announced the upcoming availability of OnePlus 8T+ 5G, its own version of the OnePlus 8T smartphone that was officially unveiled earlier today (and is already up for pre-order unlocked).
The OnePlus 8T+ 5G is exclusive to T-Mobile, so no other US carrier is going to get it. T-Mobile says that the 8T+ supports its 600 MHz 5G and 2.5 GHz 5G bands - thus offering extended 5G coverage - but, other than that, it looks like the handset is identical to the unlocked model.
T-Mobile will offer the OnePlus 8T+ 5G in two color variants: Aquamarine Green and Lunar Silver (same as the unlocked model). The handset will cost $749.99 outright, or $31.25 per month over 24 months.
For a limited time, if you add a new line of service you will be able to save 50% on the phone when buying it on a 24-month Equipment Installment Plan (savings will be reflected in reduced monthly bills). This deal will be available to both new and existing customers.
The OnePlus 8T+ 5G is dust- and water-resistant (IP68), and sports a flat 6.55-inch Fluid Display with 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, further featuring 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage space, and a fast-charging 4500 mAh battery. There's a single 16 MP selfie camera on the front of the OnePlus 8T+, while the rear hosts a quad-camera.
You will be able to pre-order the OnePlus 8T+ 5G from T-Mobile starting this Friday, October 16. But the new phone won't be available in stores until late next week, beginning October 23. So, any takers?
