So, Sony has a new set of flagships — the pocketable
Xperia XZ2 Compact and the shiny
Xperia XZ2. Unlike other “mini” or “lite” phones, the Compact makes no compromise in terms of hardware — it's a heavy-hitting top-tier phone through and through, with an HDR display, stereo speakers, Snapdragon 845, 4K HDR video recording, and Sony's super slow motion on board.
Well, it does pass up on some of the features of the bigger XZ2, like a glass back and the Dynamic Vibration System. But it makes up for it with a lower price tag — we expect the XZ2 compact would cost about $200 less than the Xperia XZ2.
Though, the bigger sibling still has more RAM, wireless charging, and... well, a bigger screen. It might be a tough call. Which of these would you buy?
