Hot new color for the Galaxy S10 leaked! Here's hoping we actually get to buy it...
In recent years, phone makers have gotten into the habit of releasing a new color variant for their latest flagship a few months after the phone's announcement. Be it to stir up the news cycle, be it to attract the customers that are looking for something more vibrant or special. Samsung has been launching special red colors for the Galaxy S line ever since the S8 and it seems we are about to get the same treat with the Galaxy S10... or at least the same tease.
Leakster Roland Quandt posted images of both the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ in a super-saturated red color, allegedly to be called "Cardinal Red". According to the leak, the new variant is "coming soon".
Now, for the bad news. As we mentioned — this is not the first time Samsung launches a red variant of its Galaxy S phones... and then it makes it exclusive to Eastern markets. Both the S8 and S9 had a very cool-looking Burgundy Red announced months after the phones' official releases, and both never made it to Europe or USA, which is a bit of a bummer.
Will the Galaxy S10 in Cardinal Red make it to the States? Odds aren't good, but we can always hope!
