Samsung rolls out One UI 6.1 update to the Galaxy A34, but without key features
Samsung is almost over with the deployment of the One UI 6.1 update to its flagships and it’s now moving to the next tier. The Galaxy A34 is one of Samsung’s affordable smartphones that is getting the most recent One UI update.
Unfortunately, some key features are missing from the update, but for good reason. Those who own the Galaxy A34 won’t be getting any AI features because the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 doesn’t seem to support these improvements.
Besides that, the update includes the April 2024 security patch and features firmware version A346NKSU5CXD5. According to SamMobile, the update is currently rolling out in South Korea, but we expect Samsung to expand its availability to additional countries in the next few days.
Even without the AI feature, this is a pretty massive update that weighs in at 1GB+, so make sure you have enough free storage available before attempting to download and install One UI 6.1.
