Unlike arch-rivals Costco and BJ's Wholesale, Sam's Club hasn't unveiled or even teased its Black Friday 2019 plans yet, but much like Best Buy and Target, the membership-only warehouse club chain will offer a number of awesome early holiday deals on some of the world's most popular mobile devices this weekend.
While Best Buy's excellent promotions kicked off Thursday and will only expire Sunday, November 10, with Target following suit earlier today and looking at wrapping things up tomorrow, Sam's Club has something even more limited in mind, planning a one-day sale for Saturday, November 8, exclusively for its own members.
You'll have 24 hours online and slightly less offline to save big without waiting until November 29, as physical stores open at 7AM nationwide tomorrow. Without a doubt, the most exciting deals for us are a bunch of gift cards set to accompany purchases and qualified activations of Apple and Samsung's latest flagship handsets. While the one day event catalog is a little light on details regarding these very interesting promos, a different webpage lists everything you need to know in advance, including the fact you'll only be able to claim the special iPhone and Galaxy device offers in brick and mortar clubs.
That being said, it's certainly nice to see the Galaxy Note 10, Note 10+, S10, S10+, S10e, Note 9, S9, and S9+ will all be sold alongside a $450 gift card, no trade-in required. That's right, even the aging and increasingly affordable Galaxy S9 can hook you up with a massive discount on a future purchase. And if you do have something to trade in, you're eligible for an extra e-gift card of up to $250. That's a combined potential savings of 700 bucks, and all you need to do is activate your choice of all the above Samsung phones on a monthly installment plan with Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint.
Pretty much the same terms and conditions apply to a $400 gift card promo available with the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Max, XS, XS Max, and XR. Once again, it's worth pointing out that even the modest (compared to the rest) iPhone XR can get you a $400 voucher, and an eligible trade-in comes with an additional e-coupon of up to 250 bucks.
Of course, that's not all Sam's Club has in the pipeline for mobile enthusiasts, with up to $150 discounts prepared for select iPad models, up to $40 off select Apple Watch models, and a cool $100 markdown on the mid-range Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with 128GB storage space. And keep in mind this is just the start of a whole season of saving and giving stuff away.
