Walmart’s generous deal on the JBL Flip 6 drowned out the Amazon offer

A few days ago, Amazon launched a good deal on one of the best portable Bluetooth speakers — the JBL Flip 6. The merchant still sells the item at a tempting 15% across all paintjobs. Does this offer tickle your fancy? Wait till you find out what Walmart’s got in store for you!
The seller gives you an awesome 26% discount on the model in Black. As you can see, that’s a far better deal than what Amazon offers in terms of savings on the portable speaker. Then again, over at Walmart, you don’t have the freedom to pick whichever color you want.
Update: not only is this head-turning Bluetooth speaker deal still live, but it also got better! Yesterday, the Flip 6 was 24% off, and now it's 26% cheaper! Don't miss out!
Unlike the JBL Xtreme 3, this little guy lives up to the name “portable” Bluetooth speaker. It weighs just 1.21 lbs, over three times lighter than the latest Xtreme model. Like most JBL speakers, this one also features high water and dust resistance (IP67), making it suitable for outdoor use as well. The item also feels rugged to the touch, so it should stay with you for quite a while.
Fortunately, you also get PartyBoost technology on this little guy. It lets you pair multiple JBL speakers, which support the feature, to create the ultimate audio experience.
If there’s any area where the Flip 6 fails, it’s undoubtedly the battery life. Although the manufacturer claims up to 12 hours of battery life, as we’ve pointed out in our review (linked above), you don’t quite get the claimed results when you listen at higher volumes.
In case the battery life isn’t a problem for you, we absolutely recommend going for Walmart’s generous deal. At that price, it’s a best seller most users should be more than happy with. You might not want to sleep on it, too, for the offer may not be here tomorrow.

JBL didn’t skimp with its Flip 6 on the sound front, either. The speaker has above-average sound performance and may even surprise you with how loud it can get. Indoors, it gives you room-filling audio that should be enough to satisfy the casual listener. However, if you use it outdoors in wide open spaces, you might find it insufficient to power up a larger gathering.
