A lot of new stuff was showcased at Steve Jobs's WWDC keynote, regarding the new Apple iPhone 4, but as the CEO mentioned, far from everything was featured in the presentation. So, could it be that among the unsaid new goodies is no other but the iWork suite of productivity tools that we saw on the iPad? The reason to think it might be is because a screenshot on Apple's site, which was later pulled down, clearly shows how the user gets an option to open a presentation attached to an email in Keynote. The image was then replaced by one that gives an example of how you can open an attachment in iBooks.
Of course, we are totally into the idea of having Pages, Numbers and Keynote on the iPhone, and we hope that Apple will do its best in optimizing the interface for the 3.5-inch screens of the iPhone 4, 3GS and 3G, which will all get iOS 4. However, like it or not, we'll have to wait for the company to reveal those things, hopefully in the short term.
