So far the only major issues or problems reported with the new iPhone 3GS is the high pitched sound being emitted. One owner though has a unique situation where the color of his white iPhone 3GS started to change colors. The discolored look happened while the owner was using both the GPS and 3G connection. Now we're pretty sure that there's probably a ton of data being transferred – so it would probably make sense that battery consumption go up. The owner goes on to say that it felt like it was overheating, but not to the point unbearable. Either way, it looks like it could have affected the formerly polished looking white plastic. Maybe it doesn't happen as much to the black variant - or maybe it does?
