Walmart has two cellular Apple Watch Series 3 variants on sale at a massive $150 discount
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
Even though we're most likely just a few weeks away from the official announcement of an Apple Watch Series 5 family (that we don't know a great deal about, by the way), 2017-released Series 3 models can still be pretty smart buys.
While they might not be able to save your life, the rest of the spec sheet looks very similar to that of the Apple Watch Series 4, including optional cellular connectivity. Unfortunately, official prices still start at an arguably excessive $279 for GPS-only variants, with the LTE-enabled Apple Watch Series 3 typically fetching $379 and up.
On the bright side, third-party retailers like Best Buy, Amazon, and Walmart have been frequently offering big discounts with absolutely no strings attached, and the latest deals are no different. Walmart has both the 38 and 42mm versions of the Apple Watch Series 3 with cellular support on sale right now in an entry-level aluminum case/sport band combo.
The smaller smartwatch can be had in black or white at $229 a pop, while the larger model is only available in the darker hue at a substantially marked-down price of $259. Both tags reflect massive savings of 150 bucks, but you may want to hurry. These killer deals rarely last long, and it's generally a good idea to jump on them so as not to end up regretting your hesitation.
In addition to standalone voice calling functionality, these Series 3 units on sale here also have beautiful Retina OLED displays going for them, as well as top-notch water resistance, excellent battery life, dual-core S3 processing power, a robust set of activity tracking features, and of course, a super-reliable heart rate monitor.
