If you're a longtime Apple fan that's not made of money, you probably know how hard it usually is to get the latest iPhones at anything resembling a substantial discount without meeting all kinds of annoying requirements.
But while the best way to minimize your spending is generally to get rid of your existing device (in good condition) when buying a new one, there's a killer online-only Verizon deal that you might want to take a look at if a trade-in is too inconvenient for you.
This greatly resembles that literally unbeatable iPhone 15 promotion from early February, letting you enjoy quite a bit of extra screen real estate at no charge whatsoever. That's right, the 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Plus can now be yours for free after monthly bill credits.
While that's clearly the very definition of a string attached, it's certainly nice to be able to score a massive $930 discount on one of the best phones in the world without also trading in an eligible handset.
Your promotional credit will be applied to your Verizon account over a period of three years, mind you, which is another important detail you need to take note of before making your final buying decision. And last but not least, you'll have to open a pricey new line of Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate service to qualify for this hot new offer, which is scheduled to expire at the end of the week.
That is, of course, unless your demand exceeds Big Red's supply before Sunday, which is definitely possible. For the time being, you can choose from a grand total of five color options (black, green, blue, yellow, and pink) as far as the 128GB iPhone 15 Plus is concerned. Or you can go for a 256 or 512 gig storage variant at $100 and $300 respectively after $930 markdowns of their own.
To avoid any confusion, this is a non-Pro 2023 iPhone model with an Apple A16 Bionic processor under the hood rather than a beastly A17 Pro. Its frame is made from good old fashioned aluminum instead of titanium, and there are only two cameras on the back.
But that doesn't make the iPhone 15 Plus any less impressive, especially when available at the low, low price of $0 sans trade-in. The battery life is epic, the Super Retina XDR OLED display just as advanced as it sounds, and those two rear-facing shooters are arguably better than many triple or quad camera systems on the market today.
