Apple's iPad mini 4 is on sale for an incredibly low $200 in refurbished condition (today only)
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
Commercially released way back in 2015, the iPad mini 4 was only discontinued a few months ago, shortly after a new 7.9-incher with an upgraded processor and the same old design went official. Although you can already save a little money on the iPad mini 5 on occasion, the previous generation is an outright steal at the time of this writing over at Woot, fetching a measly $199.99 in refurbished condition.
There aren't a lot of details provided on the way these tablets on sale today (and today only) look and work, so we'll just assume they're as good as new. If they're not, you have 30 days to return them in exchange for a full refund, while if you're not sure of anything right off the bat, you can take advantage of the seller's 90-day limited warranty and check for possible defects.
Despite its advanced age, the iPad mini 4 should be more than capable of keeping compact tablet fans satisfied in most use cases, from web browsing to multimedia to (light) multitasking. Supported by iOS 12, the little guy is also guaranteed to receive a timely update to software platform version 13 in the fall. The battery life should still be great as well, whereas the design might seem outdated in comparison with the latest iPad Pro generation, but not the rehashed iPad mini and iPad Air.
Available in a space gray color option only, the ultra-affordable iPad mini 4 does accommodate a measly 16 gigs of data internally, which appears to be the biggest downside of this otherwise amazing deal. That and the fact it's set to expire in just a few hours.
