It's certainly not unusual to see "Lenovorola's" popular Moto-branded smartphones substantially discounted by the company itself, as well as major third-party retailers and carriers, both big and small. In fact, it's actually become unusual to see great mid-range handsets like the Moto G7, G7 Power, and Z3 Play sold at their regular prices.
At the same time, you don't always get the opportunity to choose from a wide range of killer deals available on Motorola's official website and Amazon. If you decide to go on the latter path, it's definitely worth highlighting that the e-commerce giant is offering massive savings of up to 30 percent for select Moto phones today only.
That means you have less than 24 hours to grab the "regular" Moto G7 for a cool 90 bucks less than usual in two different paint jobs with 64GB internal storage space. The Ceramic Black and Clear White models are naturally identical under the hood, packing a respectable Snapdragon 632 processor, a generous 4 gigs of RAM, and a not-so-bad 3,000mAh battery with pretty great 18W TurboPower charging capabilities.
This particular version on sale here also comes with hands-free Alexa support and both GSM and CDMA connectivity for unrestricted use on your favorite US network, be it AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, or Verizon.
The Moto G7 Power available at a 25 percent markdown at the time of this writing can also be activated on your carrier of choice, but when it comes to Alexa integration, the big-battery mid-ranger lacks actual hands-free voice assistance, requiring you "push" a button to be able to talk to the AI. Compared to the G7, the Power has largely inferior specs and features, save for a gargantuan 5,000mAh juicer.
As the name suggests, the Moto G7 Play is a slightly lower-end model powered by the same Snapdragon 632 SoC in combination with a modest 2 gigs of memory, currently fetching $47 less than usual for a decent 24 percent discount with Alexa Push-to-Talk functionality.
Last but certainly not least, the Moto Z3 Play with Alexa hands-free support is on sale right now at a hefty $140 discount, including a free Power Pack Moto Mod for extending its otherwise mediocre battery life. The "catch" is you actually need to be an Amazon Prime member to score this deal, unlike the G7, G7 Power, and G7 Play special offers. Oh, and in case you're wondering, Motorola's anniversary sale can't beat Amazon's discounts on these four very well-reviewed phones.
