There are at least a couple of affordable ZTE smartphone coming to the United States these days. We've already reported about the ZTE Max XL and ZTE Blade Max 3, which made their debut at Boost Mobile ( Sprint, Virgin Mobile) and U.S. Cellular, respectively.

Now, we've learned that there's a third ZTE handset that will be introduced in the US in less than a week, the Blade X Max. The smartphone will be carried by Cricket, but details about its exact release date and price are unknown at the moment.

The good news is we know what's under the smartphone's hood. The most appealing piece of gear that the ZTE Blade X Max is expected to pack is the huge 6-inch full HD (1080p) display. Then, there's the fact that it will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system right out of the box.

At its core, ZTE's smartphone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor, 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory (expandable via microSD card). The Blade X Max is powered by a 3,400 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 support.

Last but not least, ZTE Blade X Max has a 13-megapixel camera on the back, a secondary 5-megapixel camera on the front side, and USB Type-C port.

We don't expect any official announcements concerning the Blade X Max to go live, so keep your eyes on Cricket's online store, as the smartphone might pop up any day now.
