Xiaomi's Mi Mix 3 and Black Shark Helo could soon launch in Europe
Although Xiaomi is mostly a China-first company when it comes to smartphone launches, it does eventually get round to bringing its products to international markets. And, according to one new piece of information, the Mi Mix 3 and Black Shark Helo could be the next devices to go global.
It’s claimed that both premium devices will be made available to purchase across a number of European markets in the near future. No precise details were provided, so it currently remains unclear how near these releases actually are. However, the first markets to receive them will probably be the UK alongside Spain, Italy, and France.
Retailing at the equivalent of $461 and $475 in China respectively, the Black Shark Helo and Mi Mix 3 both include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Despite these similarities, though, the two smartphones couldn’t be any more different. The Black Shark Helo, on the one hand, focuses solely on performance and gaming and employs a pretty aggressive-looking design. The Mi Mix 3, on the other hand, centers more on the everyday user experience and utilizes an all-screen design complete with a slider.
Both of these smartphones also come in range-topping 10/256GB models – this version of the Mi Mix 3 also incorporates 5G – but these are unlikely to make their way to Europe due to a lack of interest and 5G networks.
