On Monday, AnTuTu's verified Weibo page revealed some specs for the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5s. According to AnTuTu, the handset will have a 5.15-inch screen carrying a 1080 x 1920 resolution. The Snapdragon 821 SoC will power the handset, featuring the Adreno 530 GPU. Android 6.0.1 is pre-installed.

The other day, a full range of specs were leaked for the Mi 5s. This allows us to fill in the remaining figures. For example, the phone will carry a quad-core 2.15GHz CPU, and the handset will be available in two variants. One comes with 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB of internal storage. A premium model is equipped with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The rear-facing 16MP camera offers 4-axis OIS, PDAF, and an aperture of f/1.8. A 3490mAh battery keeps the lights on, and Quick Charge 3.0 allows you to rapidly power up the juicer. A USB Type-C port is included, and NFC inclusion means that Xiaomi Pay could be supported.

We just might see the Xiaomi Mi 5s unveiled tomorrow during an event that will also introduce the Xiaomi Mi Note 2. The pair would then be released on September 24th. Another possibility is that the two handsets will be introduced on September 24th with a launch to take place shortly afterward.
