Xiaomi 13, Redmi Note 12 could be launching soon, according to EEC filing
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra launched mere weeks ago but now the rumor mill has spat out its next batch in the form of EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission) filings. It seems that there are two new Xiaomi and Redmi devices coming our way, and one of them could be the next flagship - the Xiaomi 13.

Our colleagues from MySmartPrice first unearthed the listings, which contain four mysterious model numbers of two alleged devices. The Xiaomi phones bear model numbers 2210132G and 2210133G, while the Redmi ones are designated with 22101316G and 22101316UG model numbers.

Sadly, the listings don’t offer much information in terms of specifications, and if we have to speculate we might say that the “G” at the end stands for “Global” (also, we would love to see these outside China).

Let’s continue down the rumor lane. The Xiaomi 13 series will probably launch toward the end of the year - we’re looking at November-December as possible launch months. Now, there’s another big launch around the same time, it’s the Qualcomm 8 Gen 2 (we expect the SoC to be unveiled during Qualcomm’s Tech Summit in November), and chances are the next Xiaomi 13 series might be equipped with the said chipset.

Other rumors about the Xiaomi 13 include a single-cell battery and support for 100W wired, and 50W wireless charging. Last week, Chinese tipsted Digital Chat Station offered a peek at the alleged Xiaomi 13 display resolution and tech, posting that we’ll be getting an AMOLED LTPO panel with QuadHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

As for the Redmi Note 12 series, the rumor mill is silent but we should expect a direct successor to the Redmi Note 11 with the same configuration and bumped specs.
