Considered to be one of the best third party Instagram apps in the Windows Phone Store, 6tag has received an update to version 1.6 that makes it even better. One of the new features allows you to select part of a picture to be 'blurred'. The manual blurring is supposed to convey a sense of motion or action on a picture. Developer Rudy Huyn has posted a 41 second YouTube video showing off this capability and you can view it yourself below.
Huyn also sent out a tweet that hints of a UI change in the update. The tweet says that the 1.6 update of 6tag includes an improved design. The third party Instagram apps are the only way that those rocking a Windows Phone powered device can use the popular Instagram picture-sharing social app. From time to time, rumors start swirling about an official Instagram app coming to the platform, but so far they have all been untrue.
