Officially, the first Windows Phone 7 powered smartphones are expected to hit the streets in time for the holidays, and although this timing is not really precise, it's all we have. (Unofficially though, LG is said to be eyeing a September release for its first WP7 device.) Still, what you want can sometimes be found where least expected, and in our case that happens to be a leaked image of the Australian carrier Telstra's roadmap. What can be seen in the picture is a mock-up of the HTC Desire running WP7, with an obvious launch timing set to October. According to the rumors, the so-called HTC Mozart is actually a real device that will make an appearance in the U.S. through T-Mobile. No more info about this Mozart guy is available as of now, but we'll keep our eyes open.
