Screenshot of alleged Windows Phone 8 accessibility settings
A lot of minds are hard at work wondering what features will be included in Windows Phone 8. One feature that is nice to have will be the
ability to take screenshots with a Windows Phone 8 handset. The video below shows how it is expected to work. According to
WP7App.de, it will be a simple matter of pressing the home and camera buttons together. This was discovered on the SDK although there are no guarantees that it will make the final version of the OS. One thing that Microsoft did to make using this feature easy was to set up a separate file in the Photo Hub so that users will know which photos came from the screenshot function.
Speaking of screenshots, ironically, one was leaked purportedly showing the
accessibility setting options for Windows Phone 8. Users will have the ability to change the text size on the phone, while High Contrast will change the color for some features and hides some background images. A magnifier option will, when enabled, allow you to magnify an image by double tapping on it.
A conversation on Reddit that we showed you, indicates that
Microsoft employees are hard at work, trying to get the new OS ready for the
rumored November launch.
