Will you be getting an iPhone SE for yourself or a loved one?
Just a few years back, tech rumors were just that—rumors. But it's 2016, and it seems that, increasingly, insiders are winning ground within companies, seemingly unseen, and return more and more intel to the public.
Take the iPhone SE for example. Announced an hour or so ago, the 4-inch iPhone is just like what we were told to expect: an iPhone 5s-esque device, with the insides of the latest generation iPhone 6s, meaning the new, 12-megapixel iSigh camera, the powerful A9 processor, and all that. And the real shocker? This is the cheapest iPhone ever, starting at $399 for the 16GB model, or $499 for the more spacious, 64GB flavor.
That's a pretty good deal, specifically if you're frustrated by the mass exodus of smaller devices from the market. Indeed, if you're into compact phones, the iPhone SE just might be what you've been waiting for. Or, perhaps, your loved one? At $399, it's still on the expensive side as far as gifts go, but definitely far more manageable than an iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus.
Do you agree? And if yes, are you picking one up for yourself or someone close to you?
