Will the real Meizu MX5 please stand up?
Yesterday, we showed you a couple of frontal shots of what was alleged to be the Meizu MX5. Today, a whole different phone shows up claiming to be Meizu's next flagship model. The model that appears before you today dovetails perfectly with images of the device that leaked last month, as both feature what appears to be a fingerprint scanner where a home button might normally appear.
The MX5 that leaked today appears to have a screen in the neighborhood of 5.5-inches with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The edge-to-edge screen that was part of yesterday's renders is gone. The back of the phone features a dual LED flash and we can see a 3.5mm earphone jack, speaker grill, microphone and the power button. The back cover appears to be of the removable variety, which means we should expect a removable battery to power the device.
