WhatsApp starts bringing its business app to iOS
WhatsApp Business is just one of the many apps that made their debut on Android long before iOS, even though the issue, in this case, is about to be addressed. WhatsApp launched its business app on Android early last year but didn't say when iPhone users will get it as well.

Although WhatsApp is still mum on the matter, the folks over at WABetaInfo have just spotted the app in the App Store. Apparently, this is staged global roll-out, which means it's not yet available in all countries.

Reports from iPhone users confirm WhatsApp Business is no available in Argentina, Brazil, France, Paraguay, and Mexico. It hasn't been released in the United States, but it might have been launched in other countries that we haven't listed.

Just like the standard app, WhatsApp Business is free to download, but it comes with additional features and tools aimed at small businesses. It allows them to interact with customers much easier using tools to automate, sort, and reply to messages.

Of course, you'll have to create a business profile first to provide customers with information like address, email address, and website. The app allows users to set automated messages when they're unable to reply, but other types of messages can also be created like greeting messages.

If the app doesn't show in the App Store in your country, you can try searching for the standard WhatsApp and scroll down at the bottom. Apparently, the app didn't show up in searches, but some iOS users found it this way.
