Nokia, as you probably know, will be holding an event on Tuesday and we expect the introduction of two and possibly three handsets at the time. The aluminum clad Nokia Catwalk is one of the devices we expect to see, along with the Nokia Lumia EOS. The latter is purportedly a Windows Phone version of the Symbian flavored Nokia 808 PureView phone with a 41MP rear camera sensor.
Nokia's big event is coming
Whatever Nokia plans on introducing on May 14th, U.K. retailer Vodafone said on its corporate blog that it will be there. As you would expect, the mobile operator is keeping its lips sealed. Vodafone is on pins and needles waiting to see what Nokia is unveiling at the event. "We love the Nokia Lumia range, so this is a no brainer – the unique colours, the solid build and brilliant designs marry up perfectly with the slickness of Windows Phone 8," gushes the carrier.
Another device that could be introduced on Tuesday is the rumored Nokia Lumia 625.This model is said to have the largest screen in the Nokia range at 4.7 inches. The screen's size is not totally matched by the rest of the phone's specs which is said to include 512MB of RAM. The same source that is tipping this model was 100% right in saying that the Nokia Lumia 928 would not be part of the May 14th event as originally thought. Seeing that Nokia and Verizon officially announced the phone on Friday, we would say that this source is one that needs to be listened to.
Thankfully, Tuesday is right around the corner.
"The Vodafone team will be there in attendance, which can only mean one thing. Yep, that's right: we're proud to be able to say that (even though our lips are firmly sealed ahead of the launch) Vodafone UK will be stocking the next chapter in the Lumia story," the post read."-Vodafone
