Video showing computer designed Apple iPad Pro renders reveals 12.9-inch screen and four speakers
The long rumored Apple iPad Pro might finally see the light of day on September 9th during Apple's new product announcement event. A video that surfaced today shows two different computer created renders of the tablet, one from December 2014 and the other from June of this year. These designs were created with information given to case manufacturers who need to produce accessories that will fit the new tablet from day one.
Based on the features that appear on both renders, we can expect the iPad Pro to be equipped with a 12.9-inch screen, carrying four speakers on the slate. Speculation that the iPad Pro would have a four-speaker system dates back to early this year. Another feature supposedly coming with the iPad Pro is a Force Touch stylus. A rumor that we passed along earlier this week said that the tablet would launch with iOS 9.1 pre-installed. This version of Apple's mobile OS will reportedly be tweaked to give special capabilities to Siri, to take advantage of the larger screen. The tablet is said to be designed with the enterprise and educational markets in mind.
Better head to the pantry and take this story with a grain of salt. Luckily, we don't have long to wait to see if the iPad Pro is unveiled soon since Apple's event will be held this coming Wednesday.
